I use various. The earlier ones were hand created in some serif program I think, very slow going. I’ve used a few different ones but not sure I could remember them all. More recent stuff is done with Guitar Pro and Neck Diagrams. Point me to a specific page and I’ll probably be able to tell you what was used.
