The problem when chords are written like this, it’s open to interpretation. Technically, the “+” should mean augmented and would be written as B7+ or B+7 or B aug 7.
The 4 will normally be written as 11 when it’s not used in a sus4 chord.
The trouble is not everyone sticks to common naming conventions.
Sometimes the + gets used to mean # or add.
So in this case it could simply be a B7 add 11 which should be written as B7/11. or B7/E.
If the + is being used as # then it could be B7/#11 (B7/F)
Problem is it could mean many things. Best you can do is play around with a few options and see what sounds best.
I have a note finder in the making. It’s not quite finished yet (chords only at the moment) but feel free to play around with it, it might help you figure out some possibilities.
