Not my area really but I guess on a symmetrical guitar like an acoustic then it can probably be done. I think (but not sure) you’d just need to change the bridge (angle) and nut.
They’re probably the main two things that would need altering. All other problems would be symmetry which might make things difficult with the guitar body flipped, e.g switches, knobs, jacks, cutaway etc. Also I guess the machine heads would need to be three per side otherwise they’d end up the wrong way round.
