so i have a doubt like are thick strings better or thin strings i am a beginner so thick strings are really painful for me but looking at other guitarist their guitar strings look different so which is better

Strings are mostly a preference thing. They’ll create different sounds to an extent but as a beginner I wouldn’t worry about it. If thin strings are helping you then use them, you can always try thicker strings once you get used to playing a bit more.
