Doesn’t sound like anything I’ve heard. My brain is too tired tonight to get my head around it but you wouldn’t have a 13 in a diminished chord, that would just be the same note as the bb7 in a dim7 chord so you’d probably just call it dim#5b9 or an altered minor of some kind. I’ll have a think tomorrow when I’m more awake 🙂
