I’ve tuned my guitar to open C Major, and I’m struggling to find lead arpeggios that sound good with it when playing. What do you suggest?

Hmm. I guess it depends on the chord progression. Are you playing an actual progression or just trying to mess around with the open C sound?
If so I would experiment by finding the C major scale notes and mess around combining them with the open strings.
