Hi Lee
after studying the Minor Pentatonic, can I also use it to play the Major Pentatonic scales?
For example: Minor Pentatonic box 1 …..start and finish on the C notes rather than the A note to get C Major Pentatonic?
many thanks
Les

It would be exactly the same. Just try to stay focused on the root. In other words, don’t just think of it as the same thing (even though it is), pay attention to the relationship between notes – for example, E is the fifth in A minor, but with C as the root, the E will now be a third. Etc.
