I’m working my way through your book, Guitar Theory, and got lost on page 58.  The last paragraph has a sentence which begins “For example, the ii chord in the key of A minor is D minor;”  Checking the chart in the book, it looks like the ii chord is B minor.  I understand the point you’re making but I can’t follow the reasoning of the example.  Please clarify!
