My fender strat hums only on the F note. I changed the tuning and the fret of hum changed too it hums only on F. I have never seen something like this have you?

Hard to say. You might be better off letting a guitar tech take a look.
Do you mean a particular F on a single string or all F’s?
If it’s just one place then might need some fret dressing, buzz and hum like this will often be caused by an adjacent fret being slightly high.
If it’s all F’s then it’s some sort of resonance problem caused by something loose maybe.
