I want to play guitar and become a good guitarist. I do not know what to start and where do I start. Every time I try to learn from youtube, I get lost in there and become frustrated. I know the basic chords. I want to learn step wise step all the skills. I know I play a lot but not in smart way.

That’s a bit hard to answer, can you be more specific with what you are trying to achieve, what style of music etc. If you can already play basic chords then probably you should start working on bar chords and major and pentatonic scales.
