Can you explain the br designation. Chord comes from a tune in C. Tune also uses Bm7b5, get that, but no idea about the ‘br’. Chord comes in the first ending leading to tune repeat so a turn around.

I have no idea, sounds like something that the transcriber might be using to explain something which I would expect to see in text. Have you got a link to the song or is it from a book?

This is from a chart for Fly Me to the Moon. It comes as the turnaround from the first ending (Key of C); B-7br E7 (V/VI) resolving to the A-7 for the second round.

My guess is it’s a typo and should just say bm7b5. The r sits right below the 5 on a keyboard so makes sense. Other than that, no idea what else it could mean.
