There would be too many possibilities to list but, generally speaking, A minor pentatonic could be used over any progression that belongs to the key of A minor.
Or in the case of blues it could be used over a I IV V major progression, for example A, D, E.
If however you are talking about chords that are built strictly from minor pentatonic notes, this is something that isn’t really done because you’d end up with awkward intervals that don’t really translate into traditional chords.
