Am with an added F# is usually called Am6 but what is Am with an added F called?

With reference to A, the F could only be #5, b6 or b13 so you could probably call it something like Am add b13. If I wanted to keep the Am reference then I’d just call it Am/F (A minor over F).
Sometimes it would make sense to call it something like that, i.e if you are playing an Am with a bass run going over the top.
For this particular set of notes, however, if you look at from a different perspective then it’s actually an Fmaj7 chord…
Notes in the F chord are F A C.
The E is the major 7th of F.
